倘若你認為你會被擊垮，你是對的。
倘若你認為你沒有膽量，你是對的。
倘若你想獲勝卻認為做不到，
這幾乎就可確定你無法致勝。

倘若你認為你將會失去，你就會失去。
看透這個世界我們發現
成功是隨著人的意志而開展-
它全然反映心靈的狀態。

倘若你認為你非常傑出，你是對的；
你就是要想得高遠來提昇自己；
你就是要在之前就確信自己
一定能夠贏得勝利。

生命的挑戰不會總是
只向強壯或敏捷的人宣戰；
然而到頭來這個獲得勝利的人，
一定是那個自認可以獲勝的人。
